Position, Salary, and Career Management:

Its purpose is to adopt and maintain fair criteria for valuing and recognizing the professionals working at GreyLogix, aiming for consistent and coherent internal and external competitive balance in the structure of positions and salaries. It also seeks to contribute to strengthening the company culture, based on organizational value.

  • Meritocracy Committee: This is a structured process aimed at ensuring internal equity based on the merit of each professional working at the company. This process guarantees that the criteria applied are the same for everyone, promoting the appreciation and recognition of individuals.
  • Career Path: Career progression is based on the professional’s development in terms of knowledge level, autonomy, experience, and alignment with the Organizational Values. The Career Path is represented by a document that outlines, by department, the growth opportunities and serves as a guide for professional development.
 

Talent Management:

Its purpose is to understand all individuals within the organization and their talents, identifying potential, development opportunities, and alignment with organizational values, ensuring that the right people are in the right positions.

  • Talent Map: This is a process that fosters productive and constructive discussions about the people within the organization, conducted in a committee format to promote greater transparency in people management.
 

Talent Acquisition:
Purpose: To enhance the recruitment and onboarding strategy in order to identify professionals who strongly align with the company’s culture and competencies, always prioritizing individual contributions to the business.

  • Recruitment and Selection: GreyLogix is restructuring this process to make it more efficient, objective, and free from subjective influences, aiming to select the most suitable profile for each position. Training sessions will be conducted with leadership to support the careful and professional management of the processes, valuing the diversity of ideas, perspectives, and experiences as a factor for technical enrichment of the teams—rather than as an end in itself.
  • Onboarding Program: The welcoming stage is essential for a quick and productive adaptation of new employees. The program is being revised to offer a clear, practical experience aligned with what is expected from each professional, reducing the learning curve and encouraging contributions from day one.
